Later this month, in partnership with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA), we’re launching the Philadelphia Parking Finder, a parking guidance solution that helps drivers find parking fast.
Whether you’re heading to Philadelphia downtown for work, shopping, or dinner, the Parking Finder lets you view parking availability, pricing, regulations, and permit zones in real time, all from your phone or desktop. You can filter for free or paid parking, check live availability in monitored areas, view real-time parking rates, and get accident alerts and important notifications—all in one place, with no app download required.
At the heart of the platform is a digital inventor of over 10,000 parking signs and curbside assets, established by Modii to improve both the public experience and the planning tools required to to so. The PPA now leverages Modii’s Parking Intelligence to monitor curb usage patterns, analyze trends, and update regulations on the fly—all while building a safer, more efficient curb network for every user.
